QUALITY RESORT PARKHURST
- ROCKHAMPTON, QLD

Rockhampton Leagues Club, the site owners have plans for new club on the majority of the site adjoining the Resort. The facility will include a full service cafe, sports bar, gaming area and function spaces. Situated on the eastern side of Yaamba Road, Kortes Resort is 10kms north of the Rockhampton central business district. Rockhampton Regional Council approved a development application by Stockland across the road from Kortes Resort. The project known as Ellida, is a 2290-lot subdivision on a 278 ha site comprised of houses and duplexes, open spaces including a district park, and a regional community facility, with the potential to include low scale commercial development.

The site is improved with a good quality, 4 star motel complex completed in 2015 and comprising 52 motel units, 2 x 2 bedroom units for a total of 54 accommodation units, plus a first floor manager’s residence and the Oasis Restaurant.

Ground improvements include parking, landscaping, resort style pool and ancillary improvements. The bitumen car park provides 105 parking spaces with an allocated single carport for each motel room, all ground floor.

Guest Facilities include a 26 metre resort style swimming pool, large outdoor seating area, gym, high speed internet and well maintained landscaped grounds.

WATERS EDGE BOUTIQUE HOTEL
– PORT MACQUARIE, NSW

Waters Edge Boutique Hotel is situated at 1 Buller Street, Port Macquarie NSW. It boasts an ideal waterfront location on the banks of the Hastings River and is only a short stroll away from attractive beaches, shopping centres and tourist attractions.

Port Macquarie is located half-way between Sydney and the Gold Coast, along the Mid North Coast of New South Wales (260km north of Newcastle, 420 kilometres from Sydney and 510km from Brisbane). The Port Macquarie-Hastings local government area has a total population exceeding 70,000 with more than half living in the Port Macquarie precinct. THE QUARTERS BOUTIQUE MOTEL,
AN ASCEND HOTEL COLLECTION
- FORRESTERS BEACH, NSW

The Quarters at Forresters Beach was previously the Forresters Beach Resort, which was closed in March 2021 for a multi-million dollar rejuvenation completed in October 2021, resulting in a state-of-the-art motel with a café restaurant and bar, florist, high end day spa and function centre for up to 300 guests.

Forresters Beach is 98 km north of Sydney in the fast growing Central Coast region and is located between Terrigal and The Entrance, and only a short stroll from the sands of Forresters Beach to the rear of the resort.

RAG signed a contract 16 May 2022 to to settle any time up to 30 June 2025 subject to certain trading milestones and profit performance targets being reached consistent within our investment matrix model.

Quality Resort Siesta, the site owners have plans for a new club on the majority of the site adjoining the Resort. The facility will include a full-service café, sports bar, gaming area, and function spaces. Situated on the western side of Wagga Road, Quality Resort Siesta is 6kms north of the Albury central business district. Albury City Council approved a development application by Lendlease across the road from Quality Resort Siesta. The project, known as Riverside Estate, is a 1500-lot subdivision on a 200 ha site comprised of houses and duplexes, open spaces including a district park, and a regional community facility, with the potential to include low scale commercial development.

The site is improved with a good quality, 4-star resort complex completed in 2012 and comprising 60 accommodation units, including family suites and self-contained apartments, plus a manager’s residence and the celebrated Cactus Cantina Restaurant.

Ground improvements include parking, landscaping, resort-style pool, and ancillary improvements. The bitumen car park provides 120 parking spaces with an allocated single carport for each accommodation unit, all ground floor.

Guest facilities include a 30-metre resort-style swimming pool, large outdoor seating area, gym, high-speed internet, and well-maintained landscaped grounds.

COMFORT INN ALL SEASONS
– BALLINA, NSW

The Comfort Inn All Seasons has been one of the best-regarded motels in Ballina since opening in the mid- 1980s. It is centrally located within 5 minutes’ walk of the RSL and minutes away from the CBD, Richmond River, and beaches. The motel has repeat business from coaches, conferences, and corporate and leisure clients.

BEST WESTERN CHAFFEY MOTOR INN
– MILDURA, VIC

Mildura is a major regional city of some 60,000 people located near the north-western tip of the state of Victoria and at the centre of an area known as ‘Sunraysia’. The settlement is 560 km north-west of Melbourne and is flanked to the north by the Murray River.

The district supplies 80% of Australia’s dried fruit, 15% of its citrus fruit, 85% of the state’s winemaking grapes and it possesses the second and third largest packing companies in the world.

Mildura is also a riverside resort, drawing hundreds of thousands of visitors each year. In this regard it is literally an oasis in the desert and its paddle steamers, lush golf course and other attractions are a welcome site after many kilometres of consistently dry brown terrain and wheat fields. Mildura has a reputation for stylish shopping in a picturesque setting and the central business district has more than 350 traders, including 300 specialty stores.

Econo Lodge Gateway Tamworth is situated just off the New England Highway, 2.5 km south of the Tamworth city centre. Tamworth is a major regional city approximately 440 kms north of Sydney and 600 kms south of Brisbane. It is the major regional business & service hub for the North West and New England Region of NSW, covering and servicing a diverse agricultural region.
